In this private Yoga Experience Package of three days of yoga, we start each 90 minute class by creating space for your experience with candles, incense and ambient music in your villa. We then guide you through an enjoyable series of flowing yoga movements, postures, breathing practices and inspiring meditations to start each day. Each class is specifically designed to your needs and carefully developed to fully stretch and activate your body and clear and energise your mind. Each yoga experience is brought to a close with a refreshing Ayurvedic health tonic tea.
